About the role

As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of field service activities, including earthwork operations, excavation (dig and haul), demolition, and site grading. This role requires the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment in compliance with all applicable regulations, as well as company and client policies and procedures.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor in extreme weather conditions (heat and cold).
• Willingness to complete required training, work variable shifts (including weekends and holidays), and travel extensively.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Finish grade/top hat operator experience.
