About the role

We are seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects from start through completion. This position may oversee multiple projects or business units simultaneously and is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company standards. The Project Manager monitors project financial performance, maintains strong client relationships, coordinates with field and internal teams, and identifies and addresses project risks. This role also provides leadership and mentorship to project team members, supporting their continued development and overall performance. The duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing, and other duties will be assigned based on the position’s role within the business unit. What you'll bring

  • High school diploma or GED  required
  • Associates degree with 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or another related field with 3+ years progressively responsible construction experience
  • Any similar combination of education and experience as listed above.
  • 2+ work experience managing project budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling,  equipment  and methods.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and mechanical drawings.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and  maintain  effective and professional relationships with customers, vendors, managers, and colleagues.
  • Excellent  interpersonal, and   verbal  and written communication skills.
  • Ability to  identify  and meet customers’ expectations and requirements.
