About the role

We are seeking a friendly and compassionate Travel Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team. As a Travel Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other hormone-related issues. What you'll bring

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
• DEA License
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified
• Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• A year of experience in Endocrinology
• Must have great organizational and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation
• Must be willing to travel to different nursing homes within the state of Pennsylvania (100% commitment)
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
• Driving significant distances (sometimes daily or multi-day).
