About the role

As a Total Rewards Analyst , you will support the organization's compensation programs through market research, data analysis, job evaluations, and compensation benchmarking. This role assists with the implementation and maintenance of compensation initiatives, provides analytical support for compensation decisions, and serves as a key resource for program administration, audits, reporting, and project execution.

What you'll bring

• Advanced proficiency in Excel required.
• High degree of HR skills required to deal with confidential and sensitive situations and to maintain a positive relationship with other areas of the company.
• Must be results oriented with ability to change priorities as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of Benefits and/or Compensation experience.
• Benefits Administration, Compensation Analysis, Compensation Analytics, Compensation Design, Human Resources (HR), Job Evaluations, Salary Benchmarking, Total Rewards Education
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and multiple external benefit vendor partner reporting systems.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) training or designation preferred.
• Workday preferred
