Lightship is the first American all-electric recreational vehicle manufacturer currently developing an aerodynamic, battery-powered trailer for the electric age. As the macro transition to an all-electric transportation ecosystem accelerates, Lightship is bringing the increased convenience and superior performance that electrification offers to a pastime enjoyed by over 11 million American families. As a skilled Senior Recruiting Manager, you'll own full-cycle recruiting across every function of our growing organization. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and identify talent who will thrive in our manufacturing environment. This is a high visibility, high impact role reporting to the VP of People. You will own and shape our recruiting function, enhance our employer brand, and play a crucial role in scaling our team.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of full-cycle and technical recruiting experience.
- Proven track record hiring across multiple functions (hourly, engineering, sales, G&A, etc).
- Ability to operate independently and drive searches with limited oversight.
- Experience building and scaling recruiting processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of open roles simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting at an early-stage and/or high-growth startup.
- Experience in EV, manufacturing, or hardware industries.
- Lightship compensation consists of the yearly salary above plus equity, which gives you a stake in the company.
