About the role

Assemblers play a key role in the manufacturing process by connecting and securing parts to create finished products. They follow detailed work instructions, use tools and machinery to perform precise tasks and verify that components meet quality and safety standards. Assemblers may work on production lines, in workshops or within specialized manufacturing environments. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.

What you'll bring

• Ability to read work instructions, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Ability to measure, align, inspect, and assemble components accurately.
• Basic computer skills and accurate recordkeeping.
• Ability to troubleshoot and communicate issues effectively.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.
