What you'll bring
- Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in Real Estate Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Experience in identifying, attracting and engaging experienced real estate agents.
- Clear understanding of the UAE real estate market.
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruitment databases or ATS systems.
- Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, Naukrigulf, or similar platforms.
- Experience recruiting real estate agents and sales professionals is preferable
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- knowledge of Arabic and any other language is a plus.
