About the role
We’re looking for a sharp, structured, and dependable remote Recruiter to help us find exceptional talent quickly and confidently. This is a remote role, open to candidates based within ±4 hours of Gulf Standard Time. You’ll be responsible for screening large volumes of candidates, running structured screening interviews, and ensuring a clear, professional experience for every applicant. You’ll work closely with our CEO and hiring managers to build strong shortlists, maintain clean pipelines, and communicate clearly with candidates from first touch to final stage. What you'll bring
- Based within ±4 hours of Gulf Standard Time.
- 4-5 years’ experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Structured, detail-oriented, and consistent — you enjoy organised systems and clear processes.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
- Comfortable using tools like BambooHR, LinkedIn, and Slack.
- ideally across multiple functions.
