About the role
GE Appliances Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter. This position will also support various functions. While there are advantages to our Louisville, KY headquarters, the work location may be flexible depending on the candidate.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Direct sourcing experience for active and passive talent
- Demonstrated ability to manage requisitions independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn systems, processes, and procedures quickly
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
- Workday ATS experience a plus
- Familiarity with recruiting for large CPG or other manufacturing organizations.
