About the role
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening/interviewing, selection and hiring prospective employees.
What you'll bring
- 5+ Years’ experience within a human resource staffing function
- 2 - 5+ Years’ experience in a corporate recruiting environment with a heavy emphasis on creative candidate sourcing.
- Candidate must possess excellent sourcing skills with a demonstrated ability to build a talent pipeline
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is required.
- Competency with PC software tools including the Microsoft Office Suite.
- LinkedIn highly desirable
- Experience hiring in the high tech industry is preferred
- specialized expertise in security recruitment is also a plus
