About the role

This position will report to Total Energy Service LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global. The HVAC Install Technician works primarily in residential settings performing installation, replacement, and fit-out work on HVAC systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Technicians regularly work with customers, dispatchers, management, office personnel, and fellow technicians to maintain a high level of teamwork and morale.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets for job-related tasks
• Must provide own hand tools
• Five or more years of related HVAC installation experience preferred
• Technical school training or equivalent work experience preferred
• EPA Certification preferred
