About the role

The Senior IDIQ Technical Project/Program Manager supports the Deputy Program Manager in executing and overseeing a NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) facilities maintenance contract, located at Wallops Island Flight Facility (WFF) including Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order work. This position is responsible for the overall management of IDIQ task execution and compliance with applicable NASA Procedural Requirements (NPRs).

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, construction management, business, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Five to seven years of experience supporting or managing government facilities maintenance, base operations, technical programs, or similar service contracts.
• Experience supporting IDIQ contracts and task order execution.
• Experience managing technical projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and tracking cost, schedule, and performance.
• Understanding of mission-critical facilities operations and engineering coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain WFF site access credentials and any required security clearances.
