About the role
The Performance Marketing Lead will own the company's e-commerce growth strategy by leading paid media optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance reporting while collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders. The Performance Marketing Lead will initially focus on Meta advertising, Shopify optimization, and funnel improvements before expanding into broader e-commerce leadership, including agency management and team growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution, and is passionate about driving measurable business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing skincare brand and play a critical role in scaling its ecommerce business. As the Performance Marketing Lead you'll have direct ownership over paid media, CRO, reporting, and growth initiatives while helping build the foundation for the company's long-term ecommerce success.
What you'll bring

- Experience directly managing paid media campaigns.
