• Previous restaurant management experience required, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, and recruiting

• The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and interacting with customers.
• It includes working around varied temperatures, tasting and preparing food, and strong communication with the Chipotle team and customers.
