About the role

Amethyst Consulting & Treatment Solutions, PLLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Outpatient Clinical Assessor and Clinician  to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide therapy and support to children, adolescents, and families across a variety of settings. You will be responsible for conducting mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy in the office, home, or community.

What you'll bring

• Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
• 2+ years of post-master’s clinical experience required
• CBT (minimum 2 years)
• Crisis intervention (minimum 1 year)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families
• Eligible to join Medicaid and private insurance panels
• Comfortable working independently in varied environments
• Strong assessment and diagnostic skills (DSM-5 proficiency)
• Clear, concise clinical documentation and case management
• Effective communication (written and verbal)
• Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
• Empathetic, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed
