What you'll bring
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina
- Recent Medical-Surgical, Emergency, or Critical Care experience required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – required within orientation
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) – required within 3 months
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Confidence in managing diverse patient populations
- Commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
- Compliance with all hospital policies, including vaccination requirements (approved exemptions considered)
