About the role

As a Delivery Driver at Curaleaf, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional experience for our customers. You’ll be the friendly face that delivers cannabis products safely and efficiently to customers' homes, ensuring every interaction is professional, timely, and compliant with state regulations. Your mission is to provide clear communication, courteous service, and reliable delivery that customers can count on. When you’re not on the road, you’ll bring that same energy into the store - greeting guests, processing transactions, and helping maintain a clean, organized retail environment. What you'll bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Per state compliance guidelines, you must be at least 25 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Comfort with technology and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and KPIs.
• Experience with e-commerce systems and order fulfillment.
