About the role
Form Energy is hiring a highly motivated FP&A Staff Analyst to support financial operations for the engineering and R&D organization.This role reports into our Director of Corporate FP&A. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys partnering closely with technical organizations and influencing decision-making through data-driven insights. You will operate with significant autonomy while partnering directly with Engineering and R&D leadership. What you'll bring
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate Finance
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Deep understanding of expense accounting principles including accruals, amortization, and capitalization
- Ability to influence stakeholders, challenge existing processes, and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
