About the role
As the Facilities Manager, you will serve as the primary lead for two high-criticality diagnostic sites. This role focuses on driving operational excellence through a hybrid labor model, managing both union and non-union teams. You will be responsible for the seamless coordination of third-party vendors, performance tracking against KPIs, and identifying opportunities to expand the service scope while maintaining a lean, efficient budget. What you'll bring
- 7+ years in Facilities Management
- Management: Proven experience managing both unionized and non-unionized workforces.
- Financial Acumen: Strong experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and reporting on financial variances.
- Technical Tools: Power user status in SAP or equivalent CMMS
- ability to use data to tell a story of operational health.
- At least 3 years in an I FM or Service Provider capacity.
- Experience in a GxP or highly regulated diagnostic/clinical environment.
- Strong "client-first" mentality with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prosci Change Management certification.
