Multiple experience levels considered, including Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and Senior Account Executive opportunities. The Commercial Lines Account Management team is responsible for managing and retaining client relationships, supporting new business opportunities, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring operational excellence across an assigned book of business. What you'll bring
- 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years of insurance industry experience.
- Active insurance license.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and brokerage operations.
- Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of account management experience or 7+ years of insurance industry experience.
- Advanced knowledge of insurance brokerage operations.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- 8+ years of insurance industry experience or 10+ years of client relationship, sales, or marketing experience.
- CIC or equivalent professional designation required.
- Strong strategic consulting, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated success managing complex client portfolios.
