About the role
Form Energy is seeking a powerhouse Staff Program Manager to serve as the primary orchestrator for our global supply chain as we enter our defining 2026 Launch Year. You will report directly to the VP of Supply Chain and serve as the interface between Engineering, Operations, Advanced Manufacturing, Finance, Policy and the Executive PMO. You are responsible for driving plan creation, aligning the players, and ensuring the flawless execution of a complex, multi-gigawatt manufacturing supply chain. You are uncomfortable with the status quo and are constantly looking for ways to automate the mundane so you can tackle the next big bottleneck. This is an opportunity to leverage your strategic insight and hands-on approach to advance revolutionary energy technology.
What you'll bring
- 7+ years of experience
- in Program Management, Engineering, Finance or Manufacturing Operations within a high-growth hardware environment.
- Financial & Policy Acumen
- : Proven ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, international trade policy, and organizational design.
- Technical Fluency
- : Ability to influence Engineering partners through data driven analysis
- Executive Presence
- : Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical risks and strategic recommendations to the VP and Executive Team.
- Proficient knowledge of technical requirements, design and manufacturing processes of energy products, and be able to influence cross-functional partners with detailed analysis that supports optimized process and product sourcing decisions
- You thrive in high-intensity “launch year” conditions, operating effectively amid ambiguity, making decisions with imperfect information, and driving progress where urgency is constant and impact is lasting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or an applicable field.
