About the role
The Regional Sales Director, HIV Treatment LAI, NYC/NJ/PA will lead a regional commercial sales team, in the treatment injectable space, focused on improving patient access and care across the Northeast region. You will hire, coach, and inspire your team while working closely with colleagues in medical, market access, marketing, and operations. What you'll bring

- Bachelor’s degree & 9 years of pharmaceutical OR specialty sales experience, including 6 years of frontline management experience leading field-based teams
- Experience creating and executing strategic business plans
- Experience with recruiting, coaching, and developing sales talent
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
