About the role
Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment? Teasdale seeks an organized, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing invoices in a timely manner, verifying invoices using three-way matching and performing account reconciliations as needed. You will continuously monitor vendor accounts for any discrepancies either internally or externally. This role requires both verbal and written communications with internal and external customers and company leadership. What you'll bring

- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience.
- Excellent Written and Verbal communications to effectively communicate progress with Vendor and internal teams.
- Works well in team office environment
- Knowledge and understanding of freight and point of origin and ship to destination.
- Microsoft Excel Skills-Basic Formulas, Pivot Tables & V-Lookup's.
- Decision Making - Identifying issues, problems and choosing a course of action for resolution.
- Organization - Effectively manage multiple priorities in a changing environment.
- Adaptability - Must be able to shift focus and work based on a priority list.
