About the role

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial modeling and analytical support for corporate finance and investment opportunities. The position liaisons with key internal stakeholders to maximize revenue, project cash flows and optimize return on investment. The successful candidate can balance the urgency demanded by customers and internal stakeholders by having a solid understanding of financial modeling, industry fundamentals and a strong work ethic.

• Minimum of 1-2 years in a commercial finance position.
• This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with Yardi, Salesforce, and/or OneStream software is a plus
• Knowledge of the data center and/or real estate industry is a plus.
• Master’s Degree or CFA is a plus.
