What you'll bring
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification with the BACB OR a High School Diploma/GED with a strong drive to learn—no prior healthcare or ABA experience required!
- Great fit for career-changers transitioning out of daycare, early childhood education, caregiving, special education support, retail, customer service, or healthcare support!
- Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming care, compassionate, and ready to thrive in a team-focused setting.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable personal transportation to the Cedar Hill clinic daily.
