The Tactical Situational Awareness (TSA) group as part of the Maintenance Applications (TCMA) department is seeking a highly motivated Software Engineer. This position is on-site in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We are looking for an entry level Engineer, disciplined in Software Engineering to join our TCMA team in Cedar Rapids. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Agile software engineering processes and activities.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related (STEM) discipline.
• Familiarity with design and development using languages such as C, C++, Java, Ada and Python.
• Ability to successfully contribute to collaborative, cross-domain development environments
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and works well with others
• Familiarity with Agile software development cycle
