About the role

The General Foreman is responsible for safety, scheduling, assignment and supervision of manpower, work performance, material procurement and planning, quality control, communication with the project team, and onsite customer relations. This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade
• Ability to develop and manage construction schedules for large-scale projects and adjust as needed
• Ability to contribute to installations or direct others through the installation and troubleshooting process
• Ability to coordinate manpower and resource needs effectively
• Ability to coordinate or place material orders following price comparisons
• Maintain compliance with company, state, and OSHA safety standards
• If driving is required, valid driver license and proof of insurability is required.
