About the role

Loenbro is looking for experienced Welders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in welding, enabling them to efficiently complete customer projects on time and within budget. This position will plan, layout, weld, install, evaluate, and repair all types of steel structures / piping. This role requires compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.

What you'll bring

• Minimum of 2 years of welding principles experience required.
• Must have at least one certification in GMAW, FCAW, or GTAW welding techniques.
• Must have working knowledge of various welding codes and specifications.
• Must be familiar with properties of metal machining, weld shrinkage, and welding techniques.
• Must have proficiency in commonly used welding processes, including SMAW, FCAW, and GMAW.
• Other processes utilized are Oxy-Fuel Welding and Cutting.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Prior welding experience in construction, mining, or related industry OR a two-year vocational-technical degree preferred.
