About the role
As the Obesity Platform owner, you’ll own the entire patient journey end to end, enrollment, commerce, loyalty, HCP experience, with a mandate to make starting and staying on treatment as effortless as anything else in a person's life. There's no roadmap to inherit here, there's one to write, backed by a launch that will shape how an entire category thinks about the consumer experience. This is a builder's role, for someone who wants their product decisions to be the reason people actually stay on their medicine.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align peers who do not report to them, and to develop and guide the work of other leaders toward a shared outcome
- Bachelor's degree required
- 12+ years of experience in digital consumer products, e-commerce, or platform leadership, including direct revenue or P&L accountability
- Proven track record building or scaling a consumer-facing digital platform or e-commerce business
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to ship consumer-facing features against a roadmap
- Merchant-style experience running an e-commerce business, not only a marketing function around one
- Healthcare or wellness-space experience preferred
- Experience with CRM and loyalty platforms and with vendor and partner management at scale
- LAST DAY TO APPLY: 08/28/2026
- We offer comprehensive and generous benefits and programs to help our colleagues lead healthy lives and to support each of life’s moments.
- Pfizer compensation structures and benefit packages are aligned based on the location of hire.
