The CTA Instructor/Curriculum Developer delivers high-quality, practitioner-focused cyber training in-residence and, as required, via Instructor-Led Virtual (ILV), Online modalities, and Mobile Training Teams (MTTs). When not on podium, the individual performs curriculum maintenance and modernization using formal instructional design principles consistent with CTA requirements (ADDIE/ISD and related methodologies). The role supports continuous improvement through student feedback, performance data, and stakeholder inputs, ensuring courseware remains current, engaging, and aligned to approved course design documentation. This is a hands-on role requiring technical depth, strong classroom presence, and the ability to translate operational cyber experience into structured learning experiences with practical labs and performance-based assessments.
What you'll bring
- must be able to maintain at least Secret.
- Interim Secret clearance required to begin
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant technical cybersecurity experience and demonstrated experience delivering training (podium/facilitation).
- Demonstrated ability to apply adult learning principles to improve student engagement and outcomes.
- Strong written communication skills (able to maintain clear, logical curriculum documentation and instructional artifacts).
- IT-related preferred
