About the role
The Instructional Services Specialist reports to the Supervisor of Instructional Services and provides support for the Instructional Services functions including virtual, in-person, and accommodated testing, and the Faculty Assistance Center (FAC). This position proctors and completes documentation on virtual
What you'll bring

- exam sessions utilizing the LMS and Maxient system, as well as administers and proctors academic exams, including Make-up and Proficiency tests, HESI and Certiport vendor exams utilizing the Testing Center Exam Management/Appointment system
- assists with course copy functions in collaboration with the FAC when operationally needed.
- MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- High School Diploma/GED.
- State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).
- An appropriate combination of education, training, coursework, and experience may qualify a candidate.
- Customer Service experience
