About the role

We are seeking a Production Associate Technician to join our team in Coppell, TX! They learn the skills required to resolve and prevent equipment downtime and know when to escalate the issue to enlist the expertise of Sr. level technicians or management to aid in the problem resolution process.

What you'll bring

• 1+ years’ experience within a production environment
• A proven proficiency in the operation and repair of machines would be optimal.
• Good oral and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to take direction and to work effectively under time constraints is necessary.
• Ability to work while standing through-out the duration of assigned shift.
• Ability to lift, carry and move 25+lbs., through-out duration of assigned shift.
• The shift is Late Week Nights: Wed, Thurs, Fri, and every other Saturday, 6:00pm to 6:00am.
