About the role
We are seeking a diligent, team-oriented Associate to play a key role in all phases of mass tort litigation. This individual will work closely with experienced trial lawyers on high-impact cases that make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives. This role offers significant hands-on responsibility, exposure to complex litigation strategy, and the opportunity to contribute to large-scale, coordinated proceedings from early case development through trial. Associates may be based in our Washington, D.C., Coral Gables, Florida, or Chicago office. We are seeking a diligent, team-oriented Associate to play a key role in all phases of mass tort litigation. What you'll bring
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active U.S. bar license in good standing
- 3–5 years of experience in complex litigation
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience in mass torts, product liability, or personal injury litigation
- Familiarity with multidistrict litigation (MDL), class actions, or other complex civil litigation
- Experience reviewing and analyzing medical records
- Exposure to expert witness development and coordination
