About the role

Transit and Parking Services is seeking friendly, outgoing student ambassadors to support fellow Razorbacks during the fall and spring semesters. In this role, you may assist in parking lots by providing transit and parking information, staff outreach tables at campus events, or help create video and social media content. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop communication skills, gain event and marketing experience, and represent the university in a visible and supportive role.

What you'll bring

• Must be a currently enrolled University of Arkansas student
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with individuals and small groups in public
• Familiarity with Instagram, Twitter/X, and other platforms for student outreach
• Responsible, punctual, and approachable
• Required checks are identified in the position listing.
• Knowledge of campus layout, shuttle routes, and parking procedures preferred (training provided)
