About the role

As a Surgical Technologies Sales Representative, you will build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that support patient care. You will lead product evaluations in the operating room and office settings, clearly demonstrating the value of our products. Through consistent follow-up and service, you will become a trusted partner within your accounts. You will manage and grow your territory by developing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. You’ll also collaborate closely with your Regional Manager, sharing insights and progress along the way.

What you'll bring

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive an automobile.

• Background in medical device, surgical, or healthcare sales
• Exposure to the operating room (OR), case coverage, or procedural environments
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and key decision-makers
