About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our episode pricing and analytics operations, both to internal stakeholders as well as external customers. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and develop reports and visualizations that clearly communicate data-driven insights. You will guide and support Data Analysts on a daily basis in the development and implementation of data and statistical models.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or computer science.
• 5+ years of experience using Python and related libraries (pandas/numpy) for data analysis.
• Experience guiding data analysts through problem solving, computer programming tasks, and being responsible for team output.
• Experience working with large administrative data sets
• Knowledge of healthcare markets, specifically with respect to value-based care
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with version control in Git.
• Experience setting up data pipelines.
• Experience preparing results for internal and external clients.
• Ability to compose robust data processing code to enforce expected patterns and handle exceptions.
