About the role

Avantor, a Global Fortune 500 company is looking for a dedicated Quality Engineer to optimize our Avantor Fluid Handling organization. This Devens, MA based role is full-time, on-site. As a Quality Engineer, you will develop and maintain quality systems, inspection protocols, and testing procedures to ensure product and equipment performance. You will analyze quality processes, conduct testing and statistical evaluations, identify product quality risks, and drive continuous improvements to ensure compliance, reliability, and operational excellence.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a natural/life science discipline with knowledge and experience in one of the following areas
• Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology or cell culture; or an equivalent combination of education, certification and experience
• 3-5 years relevant experience • Experience in deviation and complaint investigations, including root cause analysis tools and technical writing
• Experience conducting and supporting audits
• Collaboration Tool: Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
• Preferred Qualifications:  • CQE/CQA certification preferred
