About the role

Clean and maintain University assets per the standard set forth by the Manager of Custodial Operations. This position is full-time, 12-months, reporting to the Manager of Custodial Operations. Selected applicants will be responsible for providing the University with clearances appropriate to the position. Additionally, upon an acceptance of an offer of employment, this position will require a Motor Vehicle Report and a Physical Lift Examination.

• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions
• Demonstrated aptitude for successful completion of assigned tasks
• English proficiency is required
• High School Diploma with 1 year direct and 2 years indirect experience
• Prior floor care experience
• Ability to interact with customers (students, faculty, administration), co-workers and supervisors in a positive and helpful manner
