About the role

In this Columbus, Ohio based hybrid role, you will serve as the enterprise technical owner of National Church Residences’ Microsoft 365 tenant, overseeing Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and related services.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services at enterprise scale
• Excellent communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Strong experience with identity and access management including MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO
• Hands-on experience managing Intune device and application policies
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration and automation
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview compliance and data governance capabilities
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience coordinating with vendors or MSPs supporting enterprise platforms
• Experience supporting Microsoft Power Platform, Viva, Syntex, or Copilot capabilities
• Experience leading or contributing to large-scale Microsoft 365 migrations or tenant initiatives
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned change management practices
