About the role

The Land Planning & Entitlement Manager is responsible for managing land projects throughout the entitlement process to achieve scheduled milestones for the obtaining of zoning and development permits, and obtaining subdivision improvement, entry, landscaping, and amenity plans. This position requires onsite attendance 5 days per week at our Division Office and assigned job sites in the greater Dublin, Ohio area .

• Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2-4 years prior relevant experience.

• Valid Driver’s License because driving is an essential function of this position.
