• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Materials, or a related engineering field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with Python, MATLAB, or similar tools for analysis automation.
• Working knowledge of fatigue and fracture mechanics.
• Experience with ANSYS or similar FEA tools.
• Strong analytical judgment and detail‑oriented work habits.
