As a Home Health MSW, you will:

- Graduate of an accredited school approved by the Council on Social Work Education.
- Master’s degree from a school accredited or approved by the council on Social Work Education.
- Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle (per Lorian requirements)
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent (within the last three (3) years) experience in a Home Health or Hospice Setting.
- This position is based on a pay per visit compensation model.
