About the role

The Senior Manager, Pediatric Clinical Program leads Respire’s complex pediatric respiratory therapy team and shapes the clinical education, competency, and quality foundation behind every family’s experience. This role blends clinical leadership with a deep commitment to empathy-driven care, ensuring caregivers feel genuinely supported through every transition, families are met with warmth as much as clinical expertise, and RTs are equipped, coached, and confident delivering safe, compassionate care to medically complex children. This leader owns pediatric RT team operations end-to-end and works hand-in-hand with Patient Navigation, Care Coordination/Social Work, and the Clinical Liaison/Sales team so every family experiences one coordinated team - not a series of handoffs. They partner closely on scheduling, logistics, and equipment readiness to keep clinical and operational work moving in step. Beyond the care team, this role represents Respire’s pediatric program in the community supporting clinical internship partnerships with local respiratory therapy schools and participating in pediatric respiratory advocacy event, while serving as a trusted clinical resource for complex pediatric respiratory cases.
