Job Title: MS Dynamics Support Consultant Primary Skills: Microsoft Dynamics CRM based technologies including SQL Database, IIS Website, Windows Server, ERP and eCommerce integration
What you'll bring
- This is a configuring, troubleshooting, scripting, support role and NO DEVELOPMENT.
- They do not want Developers.
- 5+ years"� experience with: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services, IIS, Dynamics CRM, AD, and ADFS in a 24x7x365 operational environment with contractually defined SLAs
- Team-oriented individual who values opportunities to build the skills and capabilities of others
- Excellent communication skills
- 2+ years of experience with AWS deployments
- 2+ years of experience with automation and scripting, exposure to DevOps pipeline tools and techniques
- Experience with performance analysis and optimization using APM tools such as AppDynamics or NewRelic
- Experience working in a global environment with remote managers and staff
- certifications preferred
