About the role
The City of Fife is seeking swim instructors / lifeguards to ensure the safety of pool patrons by monitoring swimming activities, performing lifesaving procedures and enforcing pool rules and regulations.
What you'll bring
- As a swim instructor, no certifications are required prior to start date
- As a Lifeguard, all required certifications must be completed and continually maintained in a current status in CPR, First Aid, AED, and Lifeguard training
- in order to continue to be scheduled on lifeguarding rotations
- Candidate must be at least 16 years of age
- Uniform swim suit, safety whistle and swim goggles are required for this position
- Candidate preferably has some experience in teaching, babysitting, working with or supervising children
