About the role

Maintains staffing levels consistent with entity objectives. Recruits, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions. Plans and coordinates new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field plus a minimum of 5 years of human resource experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to operate various types of HR software.
• Good communication skills
• verbal and written.
• Ability to interact well with employees & vendors on all levels.
• The employee is required to be present in the office during normal work hours to be available for one-on-one and group interactions with employees.
• This role also may require flexibility to work occasionally early morning or late evening hours as needed to support business operations and employee engagement
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish desirable but not required.
