About the role

Cambria Hotel is located on beautiful North Ocean Blvd we are looking for a hospitable and professional Hotel Concierge Ambassador to service our guests while providing the highest most efficient levels of service. In this role, you will support our front office along with the food and beverage team. Our goal is for you to be able to create a guest experience above standards.

What you'll bring

• High school diploma and/or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, good oral and written communication
• skills, good organizational skills, proficient computer knowledge Microsoft Word and
• Excel, PowerPoint.
• Clear and strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• PM shift Attendant must have alcohol knowledge preferred.
• two years of hospitality experience preferred.
