To ensure a hospitable and professional atmosphere throughout the entire property. Serve all guests while providing the highest level of service in an efficient, courteous, professional manner. A conceige ambassador attendant has superior guest service skills serving as support to front office and beverage departments. They are extremely motivated and are willing to go above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.

What you'll bring

• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Clean and maintain equipment and work area associated with the job function.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of product and supplies as stipulated in the shift duties.
• Keeps the lounge running smoothly and does their best to make sure all guests leave satisfied.
• Have a thorough knowledge of emergency and life safety procedures, and follows all key control procedures.
• Performs all other duties deemed necessary by management.
• Ability to read and write as well as speak clearly in English. (High school diploma)

• Must be able to hear guest requests.
