About the role
As our Marketing Specialist, you will use a broad mix of marketing channels and tactics to reach the right audiences, generate qualified leads, and help attract new residential, business, and community customers. This is a hands-on role for an experienced marketing professional who can see the bigger picture while also managing the details required to bring effective campaigns to life. As a member of a small, collaborative Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while working closely with Sales, Community Engagement, Product, and other internal teams. This individual should be comfortable moving between strategy and execution—from developing campaign plans and messaging to coordinating direct mail, email, digital advertising, events, and other lead-generation activities. United Communications is growing, and this role will grow with us. The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive, comfortable with change, and energized by the opportunity to take on new challenges as our markets, priorities, and customer opportunities evolve
