About the role
Rolling Hills Community Church is looking for a Christ-following Facilities Manager for our Franklin Campus. The ideal Facilities Manager will be able to effectively manage the complex systems of a large church building and grounds.
What you'll bring
- Preference of five (5) years in a similar role or Facility Manager
- Able and willing to perform general maintenance and repairs
- Available on an on-call basis in a crisis or emergency
- Basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, repair and painting skills
- Knowledge of HVAC and building systems
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform other labor-intensive tasks
- Computer skills necessary for utilizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System and a Building Operations System
